RR Registration/Waiver
Before your athlete can participate:
All athletes must complete BOTH required registrations and waivers below prior to tryouts.
These forms do not commit your athlete to the program. They simply allow participation in evaluations and tryouts.

Mavericks Waiver
All parents must also create an account and complete waivers through Mavericks Gymnastics.
When creating your account:

You do Not need to select a class

Simply create your athlete profile

Complete all required waivers
-
Siblings may be added under the same account
Classes will only be added after official team placement and commitment.
